• Publication Ethos

    Our Goals

    We seeks to publish new books from two different sources:

    First, authors speaking to the zeitgeist of our modern culture, men, who while not perfect, and who we might not always agree with, are Christians doing God's work in the world. Authors who have a message for today's men. If you are such a man, even if you have not been published before, please reach out to us.

    Second, we seek to publish books from past ages, before the West had fallen and its wisdom was largely forgotten. These will often be Christian, but not always explicitly so, and sometimes not at all. What these books have in common is that they carry a central message we deem important for Christian men of our age.

    The Battlefield

    While all of God's truth is under constant attack, we are focused on what we believe to be the current battle lines, the lines where we are called to hold firmly in today's world. These battle lines are currently drawn up in a few places, as we see it:

    • Inerrancy of the Bible
    • Biblical 6-Day Creation
    • Traditional male-female marriage
    • The reality of unalterable, biological sex/gender
    • The reality of biological race (not merely a social construct)
    • Monogomous sexuality in Marriage only
    • Human life starting at conception
    • Personal Sovereignty (Medicine, Family, Education)
    • National Sovereignty (Borders, Preservation of Ethnicities)

    One aspect of our ethos that is a bit hard to quantify is our somewhat loose use of the NEOTR tactic when publishing our books. If you are not familiar with it, please read through the 2023 article "On The Principle 'No Enemies on the Right'" by Charles Haywood. We loosely hold to it, not as dogma, but as a serious guideline. In general, we would not be agreeable to quick jabs at figures on the right, but an in-depth exploration and fair assessment of a movement or figure on the right might very well be acceptable, depending on how it is framed. Conversations will be had around particular situations.

    That being said, we are a Christian publishing enterprise, so while we seek not to attack anyone on the right, it does not mean that we will amplify voices on the right that we do not agree with. In particular, any voices that are not Christian, especially anti-Christian or Atheistic voices will not be published here in a positive light.

    Our Beliefs

    We are a cross-denominational imprint, believing in robust debates and respectful arguments. Our unity with all partners and current published authors can be summarized with what might be the oldest Christian statement of beliefs, the Apostle's Creed:

    I believe in God,

    the Father almighty,

    Creator of heaven and earth,

    and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,

    who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,

    born of the Virgin Mary,

    suffered under Pontius Pilate,

    was crucified, died and was buried;

    he descended into hell;

    on the third day he rose again from the dead;

    he ascended into heaven,

    and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;

    from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

    I believe in the Holy Spirit,

    the holy catholic Church,

    the communion of saints,

    the forgiveness of sins,

    the resurrection of the body,

    and life everlasting.

    Amen.
